Jennie Louise Touissant Welcome (1885 – 1956), born Jennie Louise Van Der Zee and also known as Madame E. Toussaint Welcome, was a Black visual artist who made photographs and films with her husband, Ernest Touissant Welcome. She was also the sister of the influential Harlem photographer James Van Der Zee.
