Christy Michelle Lavalais is a writer/director of sci-fi, fantasy, and action short films. She wrote for the television show Fifth Ward, which streamed on Allblk. She co-wrote a comedy feature, One Crazy Christmas, that has aired on BET and Showtime. She wrote a YA fantasy novel called The Fairy Princess: Enter into Fionntan. She received her BA in Film/Video from Columbia College Chicago.
