File Under: Horror, vol. 2

Friday, October 17 7 PM-11 PM

Join us for a double feature evening of Black femme-directed horror shorts! Followed by a chilling late feature!

File Under: Horror, Vol. 2 — Presented by Black Women Directors x Black Film Club Chicago

Join us for a one-night-only showcase of chilling short films by Black women and nonbinary filmmakers — followed by a late-night feature screening that’ll keep you on edge!

Horror has always given us a unique lens to explore legacy, tradition, and the ways we live now — and these visionary filmmakers are redefining the genre through bold, boundary-pushing stories.

🍷🍿 We’ve got you covered — wine, popcorn, and candy will be on deck to fuel your screams (while supplies last)!

👻 Stay late for our midnight chills!
After the shorts, we’ll screen The Woman in the Yard — a haunting feature you won’t want to miss.
